Dr. Eva Lutnæs is a Research Fellow at the Faculty of Technology, Art and Design, Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences. She completed her PhD program at Oslo School of Architecture and Design in 2007 and defended her thesis Final Assessment in the Subject Arts and Crafts - Teachers’ Repertoire of Negotiation in 2011. Lutnæs has lectured on art and design education at Bachelors and Masters level and she has run seminars for art and design educators on the topic of assessment in Norway and Sweden. Currently, her main research interests are focused on assessment of student work, design education for citizenship and design literacy. She is involved in the research network DesignDialog, the DRS//cumulus conference in Oslo in 2013 and she participated in the scientific committee of the MAKING conference at Notodden in 2012.
